Please note that Terms & Conditions are subject to change. The responsibility is on the guest to familiarise themselves with all Terms & Conditions prior to the event. 

For the safety of our staff and guests, our security staff may CCTV Body Cameras.

All attendees bags will be searched before entry to premises.

Prime Teen Events reserves the right to refuse admission to guests on the night of the event for reasons including but not limited to; guests being rude/violent or abusive to staff, presumed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Parents will be contacted and you will be advised as to why they must collect their child.

Ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. 

Tickets are only valid for the date stated on the ticket.

If an event is cancelled, Prime Teen Events will not absorb any loss agreed with clients.

If you wish to cancel/reschedule an event you must provide notice 6 weeks in advance.

On the night of event, under no circumstances can guests leave the venue at any time unless a parent has been contacted by the venue to come and collect the child. 

Under 18 Events:

These are  strictly Non-Alcohol events. We take our zero alcohol tolerance policy very seriously. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from bringing any alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Please note that any guest caught with alcohol or drugs will be removed from the event with no refund provided and we will contact the parent/guardian to collect the guest. 

We do ask any Parent/Guardians that have attendants attending the event that may need the use of Medication/Epipens etc during the event as small as it may seem to make themselves known to the event manager on site before entry.

An event photographer/videographer may take photos at our events which you may appear in and may be uploaded to social media platforms. By purchasing a ticket to any event you agree to these terms.

This event will take place in a Nightclub environment with loud noise and flashing lights.

Neat dress is essential (strictly no tracksuits).
